New Delhi. WhatsApp is preparing to bring another new feature for the users. The company has introduced a shortcut button for Disappearing Messages for some of its beta users. This feature of the company is on testing mode. WhatsApp is working on redesigning the disappearing messages section in the Android 2.22.24.9 beta update.
After the new section comes, it will be easy to disappear new and old chats. At present, the new section has been made available for testers. Now WhatsApp is releasing an additional entry point for disappearing messages.

According to the report of WABetaInfo, after downloading the Android WhatsApp beta update version 2.22.25.11, some testers will be able to access it.
Its new shortcut can be seen in the ‘Manage Storage’ section, and it has been introduced as a ‘space saving tool’. Using the new section, both new and old chats will be able to mark disappearing.
According to the report, users can also set disappearing messages with a timer to automatically delete unwanted photos and videos. Users will also have the option to configure this feature in their privacy settings or by opening chat information.

Some beta testers have already got the disappear message shortcut, under which they can see ‘Tools to save space’ in the Manage Storage section. Also, this feature is expected to be introduced for more users in the coming days.
Shortcut for Archive Chats as well
Talking about the shortcut feature, WhatsApp has also introduced the shortcut chat feature for archived messages. Under this feature, users can archive any chat in one click.
