New Delhi. Elon Musk introduced the Tesla Electric Cybertruck in the year 2019 and bookings were also started for it. Then the company had informed that its production would be started by 2021.

Elon Musk first introduced the Tesla Cybertruck in 2019 in a controversial launch. At the event, Musk praised the Cybertruck’s performance and stability, saying it will set new standards in the industry. At the event, he started hitting the car with a hammer and nothing happened. After the hammer, he took a stone and threw it at the ‘unbreakable glass’ of the cyber truck. Unfortunately, things didn’t go according to plan here and the glass door of the car got shattered.

Despite this, people took a liking to the Tesla Cybertruck, and 2.5 million people pre-ordered the vehicle in its first week. Even later, the interest of the people has not decreased yet and the number has reached 15 lakhs.

When will production start?
The company currently charges a booking amount of $100 for pre-orders. Tesla faced a lot of problems in the production of Cybertruck. In previous models, many customers used to wait for a very long time for delivery after placing their orders. However, the company took things forward after 2019 by solving its problems. The company says that the Cybertruck is on track to start production in mid-2023. Musk announced the price of the vehicle at the 2019 event, but these prices are subject to change due to the pandemic and global inflation.
